Egg-celent Easter!

Happy Easter!

My mum and I spent the morning at a local market in Papworth selling tea + coffee (along with some cakes) to a lovely crowd of stallholders and buyers. This is normally done by my local coffee shop (https://www.sidewalkcoffee.co.uk/) however they very kindly allowed me to do it today.

We had control of the kitchen with posters and information set up as well as local produce sold at Sidewalk Coffee + ended up having a really fun time! Although these events definitely don’t bring in huge amounts of profit, they are really enjoyable whilst you spread awareness about Project Trust + volunteering as your fundraising total slowly keeps going up 🙂

We can now eat some well earned chocolate!

Until the next event,
Charlotte

Love to shop? Shop to help!

Hiya,

After some advice from a fellow fundraiser, I have set up this page:

https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/helpcharlottehelphonduras/

If you follow the link this means you can do your usual shopping (on over 3,000 shops/sites) but each time you do, at NO EXTRA cost to you, money will be donated to me! I view it as a win win for everyone – just remember to go through easyfundrasing.org.uk + that is literally all you have to do. You can help me from the comfort of your sofa! There is even an app you can download to make those purchases (+ donations) on the go!

Just to remind everyone, I still have a general donations page up + running, so should anyone wish to donate through there here is the link:

Besides this I am still planning more events, searching the internet for more trusts and having to revise for A-Levels. It seems like a lot of work now, but I know it’s going to be completely worth it when I step off that plane in August. I say it a lot, but truly thank you so much to everyone that has helped in any way so far – any and every help is so appreciated.

Until next time,

Charlotte 🙂

Pushing On

Hi all,

So, thanks to some incredibly kind donations (from trusts + individuals) I have now hit:

ÂŁ2,500

This is amazing! I remember sitting in a little room in Coll having a fundraising talk and thinking I wouldn’t be able to make ÂŁ1,000. But here we are and in just 4 months I will be flying out to Honduras!!

As it is the Easter holidays I’m spending all day (pretty much) most days revising for my A-Levels which seem to loom nearer than I would like but whenever I get some time my attention is turned towards fundraising. I am so thankful to everyone who has helped me get this far but, of course, I still have some distance to go so I’m going to keep pushing on!!

I’m finalising a summer event (I’ve got a feeling Saturday 24th June is going to be an exciting day..) but will be endeavouring to do more events before then!

Thank you so much to everyone that has supported me,

Charlotte
